100% Master & Copyright Ownership
At Abonie.id, artists and record labels retain 100% exclusive, unencumbered ownership of their sound recordings (master rights) and underlying musical compositions (publishing rights). Abonie.id acts solely as your non-exclusive digital distribution service provider. We do NOT acquire, claim, or encumber your copyright.
Part I: Terms of Service
1. Non-Exclusive Distribution License
By uploading audio recordings, cover artworks, and metadata to Abonie.id, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to encode, ingest, and deliver your content to digital streaming platforms (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube, Deezer, and others selected by you.
2. Content Compliance & Anti-Infringement
You represent and warrant that you hold all requisite rights, licenses, samples clearances, and mechanical authorizations for any audio, video, or artwork submitted. Submitting unauthorized copyrighted material, bootlegs, or uncleared beats is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate catalog takedown and account suspension.
3. Anti-Fraud & Artificial Streaming Policy
Abonie.id strictly enforces zero tolerance for artificial streaming, automated bots, and click farms. Streaming platforms actively audit and penalize artificial activity. Accounts detected engaging in streaming manipulation may have their releases withheld or disputed royalties forfeited by DSP mandate.
4. Account Termination & Catalog Takedown
You have the freedom to request a takedown of any or all of your releases at any time directly through your dashboard. DSPs process takedown directives typically within 2 to 7 business days.
Part II: Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect account registration data (name, email address, phone number), payment routing credentials (bank account number, e-wallet identifiers for payouts), and release metadata (artist names, ISRC codes, lyrics, track credits).
2. How We Protect Your Data
All sensitive transmissions are encrypted via industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Your audio files and high-resolution master recordings are stored in secure cloud vaults with restricted access controls.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies. Personal and metadata details are transmitted solely to authorized streaming partners and payment processors necessary to distribute music and execute your royalty payouts.
