Digital Music Distribution Agreement.
This Agreement governs the relationship between you (the "Artist" or "Label") and Abonie.id (the "Distributor"), guaranteeing 100% copyright ownership and transparent accounting.

Quarterly Payouts
Statements updated monthly; earnings disbursed quarterly to Indonesian banks & e-wallets.
ARTICLE 1. Grant of Non-Exclusive License
The Artist grants Abonie.id a non-exclusive, worldwide authorization to digitally distribute, reproduce, encode, deliver, and monetize sound recordings, cover artwork, and metadata to DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube, Deezer, etc.). This grant does NOT constitute a sale, assignment, or transfer of copyright ownership.
ARTICLE 2. Royalty Accounting & Reporting
Streaming reports and mechanical royalties are received from digital storefronts and reflected in the Artist’s portal on a monthly cadence. Net earnings are credited to the Artist's account balance with itemized track-by-track and store-by-store audits.
ARTICLE 3. $10 USD Threshold & Quarterly Disbursements
Cash payouts may be requested when accrued royalties reach or exceed $10.00 USD. Disbursements are processed on a quarterly schedule (every 3 months) following DSP reporting clearance. Supported payment channels include Indonesian banking institutions (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI), local e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA), and international wire transfer / PayPal.
ARTICLE 4. Warranties & Sample Clearances
The Artist warrants that all sound recordings, samples, musical compositions, and artworks submitted are either original creations or properly cleared under valid legal licenses. Submitting unauthorized content, bootlegs, or fraudulent audio is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 5. Anti-Fraud & Artificial Streaming
Abonie.id strictly prohibits the use of artificial streaming bots, click farms, and stream manipulation services. Releases flagged by DSPs for artificial streaming are subject to immediate disqualification, store penalty pass-through, and potential account termination.
ARTICLE 6. Term, Termination & Takedowns
This Agreement remains effective on an ongoing basis. The Artist may request the takedown of any release or terminate their distribution relationship at any time without punitive lock-in clauses. Store takedown directives are dispatched within 2 to 7 business days.
